Will I get charged if I don't talk to my mentor?

Yes. Mentorships are billed as a flat monthly subscription. Even if you do not have a call or conversation with your mentor, your subscription will continue.

If you cannot use the mentorship for a while, you can:

  • Pause the mentorship from your dashboard, or
  • Ask your mentor to pause it for you.

We generally do not offer refunds for payments made during periods of inactivity. Any exceptions are made as a courtesy.
