How can I cancel a session booking?

You can cancel a Session and receive a refund as long as you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

After you cancel, your mentor has a 24-hour window to dispute the refund (for example, if the session already took place).

If there is no dispute, the refund will be processed after this period.

How to cancel your Session

  1. Open the booking confirmation email you received after booking.
  2. Click the booking link in the email.
  3. In the booking overview, select Cancel session.


From this page, you can also see:

  • Your mentor’s contact details
  • The scheduled time
  • The session status

Important notes

  • Cancellations are not reversible.
  • A Session that has already been marked as completed by you or the mentor can no longer be canceled.
  • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
