You will be asked to add a payment method once a mentor accepts your application and you are ready to start the mentorship.

As soon as you enter your payment information, your free trial begins.

You will not be charged during the trial period.

We require payment details upfront to:

• Reduce no-shows and last-minute dropouts
• Ensure mentors can plan their time reliably

Mentors offer mentorship in their free time, so this helps keep the marketplace fair and efficient.

If you prefer not to use a card, you can also add a prepaid balance to your account and use that instead.
