I have a problem or feel uncomfortable with my mentor

Safety is the most important thing at MentorCruise. All our mentors agree to a code of conduct that we also enforce strictly.

If you are feeling uncomfortable, threatened, or unsafe with your mentor, please let us know by reporting the mentor through the dashboard.

We will handle the case and collect all necessary info and take appropriate steps, such as cancellation of the mentorship, refund, and cancellation of the mentor.

You can expect us to handle this in a way that is safe and discrete.
