Your safety is our top priority at MentorCruise. All mentors agree to follow a strict code of conduct, which we actively enforce.

If you feel uncomfortable, threatened, or unsafe at any point, please report the mentor directly from your dashboard.

Once you report a concern, our team will:

• Review the situation and collect the necessary information
• Take appropriate action, which may include:
  • Ending the mentorship
  • Issuing a refund
  • Removing the mentor from the platform

We will handle your report seriously, discreetly, and with care. You can expect your case to be treated confidentially and in a way that prioritizes your safety.
