A mentor is unresponsive & not responding to my application, when can I hear back?

Depending on the mentor, the average response time is between 1 and 5 working days. How fast a mentor responds usually can be seen on their profile as a running average.

In less than 5% of the cases, mentorship requests can go unanswered. This happens more often with new or free mentors.

After 10 days we usually assume that a mentor is too busy, and will send you a reminder with a few suggestions and alternatives to look at.

Our goal is for all applications to receive a reply, so when mentors are unable to get back to you, we will take further steps to make sure our marketplace only includes active and engaged mentors.
