Who are the mentors?

Mentors on MentorCruise come from a wide range of backgrounds in the tech industry.

Over the years, more than 1,000 mentors have worked with mentees on the platform. They include senior engineers, product managers, designers, founders, and executives from well-known companies, as well as respected practitioners in their fields.

Before being accepted, every mentor goes through an application and vetting process. Fewer than 15% of applicants are approved to join the marketplace.

Mentors are also continuously evaluated based on their activity, performance, and feedback from mentees to ensure a high standard of quality across the platform.
