How can I book a paid one-off session?
Scheduling a session with your mentor is a straightforward process that connects you with the guidance you need to achieve your goals. Here's a quick guide to help you navigate the steps seamlessly:
If you are already connected with a mentor
- Navigate to the dashboard and select the mentor you'd like to have a session with.
In the "Settings" tab, click " Action " and select "Open profile" to view more information about the mentor.
Continue with the following steps in "If you are reaching out to a new mentor".
If you are reaching out to a new mentor
Within the mentor's profile, you will find a section labeled 'Sessions.' Click on this section to explore the available session plans. Once you've chosen the plan that suits your needs, click the "book now" button.
After selecting your desired session plan, you'll be directed to a new page. Here, click the "Continue to booking" button to schedule your session.
On the booking page, provide the necessary information to finalize your session reservation. Fill in your details accurately and follow the prompts to complete the booking process. If you have a discount code, remember to enter it at this stage.
Once your session is successfully booked, we will share your email address with your mentor, and they will also provide their contact information. Additionally, you can access a chat feature on your booking confirmation page or from your dashboard to communicate with your mentor.
Most mentors should have a scheduling link attached to their profile, allowing you to schedule sessions more conveniently. If this option is available, simply follow the scheduling link to book your session. However, if a scheduling link isn't provided, the most reliable method of communication is through the email address we share after your booking is confirmed or the on-platform chat.
