When do I need to add my payment info?

We require you to set up a payment method as soon as you want to start a mentorship with a mentor. As soon as you put in your payment information, your trial will start.

We do this to keep no-shows and dropouts for our mentors to a minimum. Mentors offer this service on their free time, so we'd rather use their time efficiently.

We will not charge a single penny for the trial week!

You can also add pre-paid balance to your account to avoid having to use a credit card.
