My mentor isn't responding fast enough / is unresponsive.

We encourage mentors to check-in with their mentors every or every few days, to keep up accountability and productivity. However, sometimes times get busy and mentors might miss a message (keep in mind - they have day jobs too!)

If you feel like your mentor is neglecting you, try one of the following options:

  • Ask them to check in more often, or set up a scheduled session
  • If they are busy, ask them to pause the payment
  • Move to a different communication medium - possibly e-mail or social messaging works better?

If you are getting continuously ignored, report the mentor through the dashboard or reach out to us directly. We are happy to give out refunds in these situations.
