Why is the session booking button missing from my profile?

If prospective students can't see or book your one-off sessions, your Global Student Limit is likely set to 0. This prevents sessions from appearing on your public profile.

Fix the issue

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Click on Availability
  4. Locate Global Student Limit
  5. Change the value from 0 to a number greater than 0 (for example, 2)
  6. Click Save

Your sessions will now appear on your public profile and be available for booking.
