Adding a discount for your mentees
People are busy, times are sometimes hard or there may just not be time to have enough sessions – flexibility and a discount are needed.
To add a discount:
- Select a mentee from the list of conversations
- Expand the Details panel
- Select the Actions tab
- From there, you can choose Add discount
How discounts work:
- You can reduce a mentee’s payment by a percentage or a flat amount
- Discounts can be applied to just one payment, several months, or indefinitely (until removed)
- They’re automatically applied to future payments
- You can edit or remove them at any time
