I want to change my fee/service, what happens to current mentees?

You can change your fee and services at any time through your dashboard. Your public offering and packages will change right away.

Keep in mind: Current mentees (and applicants) are grandfathered to the pricing and plan they are currently in and their fee won't change. As soon as someone sends you an application, their price is locked in.

If you wish to upgrade a mentee's fee, you can do so through the dashboard.

The plan settings are available in the "Settings" tab in the sidebar.

If the new plan is higher in price than the current one, the mentee will have to accept the changes. If the new price is lower, the change is applied automatically.

The change in pricing is applied with the next payment.
